B flute (approximately 3 mm total thickness) delivers a good balance of surface quality and compressive strength, and it is the standard specification for e-commerce mailers and printed retail-ready shippers where surface print quality matters. C flute (approximately 4 mm) provides higher compressive strength for products over 5 kg or for boxes that need to stack reliably under warehouse load.
